Delete your ACQRD account
You can delete your ACQRD account at any time. It's free, and it can't be undone.
In the app (quickest)
- Open ACQRD and go to Profile.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.
If you have a paid membership (Silver, Gold or VendorPRO), cancel it first in Settings > Membership so you aren't charged again.
Without the app
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account":
support@acqrd.com.au
We'll confirm it's you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your email address and password (you can't sign in again)
- Your profile: username, name, bio, location and profile picture
- Your showcase, listings and item photos, and your wishlist
- Your chats, follows, blocks and alerts
- Any store details and ABN you gave us
What's kept, without your name
- Finished trades and sales, shown as "Deleted user". We keep these for tax records and to handle disputes.
- Ratings you gave other members, so their rating history doesn't change.
- Safety reports, so we can keep the community safe.
- Payment records held by our payment provider, Stripe, for as long as the law requires.
Open offers are cancelled. An agreed trade that hasn't happened yet is cancelled too, and your trade partner is refunded their trade fee.
